What makes The O11 hair products different from any other hair care products?

The O11 is the first South African brand to focus on biomimetic solutions to hair care problems. This means we choose ingredients that mimic our hair's naturally existing physiological structures, and enhance them for ultimately healthy, strong and shiny hair. We use well-researched, science-backed ingredients, at correct percentages, and balanced pH levels. We don't believe in simply coating the hair with oils or butters, we believe in latest ingredient technology and research results. 
Who are The O11 hair care products for?

The O11 hair care products have been intelligently formulated for textured hair, but work exceptionally well on all hair types. We take into consideration the hair's porosity and structure, and carefully balance the pH levels and types of lipids and active agents used, to ensure the best treatments for your hair. 
Can I use The O11 hair products on straight hair?

Although we designed our products with textured hair in mind, we have seen fabulous results on straight hair types! Improved gloss and shine, softness and comb through as just some of the results you can expect. 
Have the products been tested?

Yes, all our hair care products have been extensively tested during consumer studies and are safe for all hair types. We conduct rigorous testing at ISO accredited laboratories to ensure safety, efficacy, and quality. Our formulations are also cruelty-free and made without sulfates or parabens.
I have relaxed hair, can I use these products?

Yes our products are safe to use on relaxed hair.
Are these haircare products sulfate free?

We use only gentle, skin & hair-friendly ingredients in our formulas. Our products are free from harsh chemicals, parabens, and sulfates. We focus on scientifically-proven ingredients that work together to improve skin health and appearance.
